Air Blast Oil Cooler

Air Blast Oil Cooler typically function by drawing cooler air from the environment and directing it over hot components. Heatsinks, which are usually made of metal with high thermal conductivity like aluminium or copper, are attached to heat-generating components.
An air cooler is a device that is used to cool the air in a room or an outdoor space. It operates by drawing in hot air and passing it through moistened pads, which cools the air as it evaporates the water. The cooled air is then expelled into the room, creating a refreshing and comfortable environment
Air Blast Oil Cooler are compact in design and draws air from the atmosphere and blast on the Cooling Coil made out of copper tubes and Aluminium Fins to reduce the oil temperature. The normal design pressure of these Air Blast Oil Cooler is maximum 10 Kg/sq.cmg and recommended Working Pressure is 7 to 8 Kg/sq.cmg. The Air through on the coil is achieved by suitable size of fan motor.

Advantages of Cooler

  • Cooling elements made from high-grade aluminum alloys
  • Designed for use with a variety of hydraulic, transmission, lubricating and engine oils, and water-glycol mixtures
  • Lightweight and compact, 2-3 times smaller than copper tube and fin coolers
  • Floating brazing junctions allow coolers to withstand pulsating oil flows

Air oil coolers can be used in several ways ranging from industrial to off highway to automobile to agriculture. Depending on the equipment used, air cooled heat exchangers are a great option to regulate the temperature of the equipment being used. air cooled heat exchangers find applications in a variety of industries, some of which are mentioned below.
